How to apply
ConditionsApplicants: • Should normally have a 2(i) degree or above, and a demonstrable commitment to working in the Highways, Transportation Engineering, Transport Planning sector gained from employment or work experience • Have been accepted for a full or part-time Masters course in transport from one of the Institutions listed below; • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to pursuing a career in transport in the UK (including residential rights); • Be able to demonstrate through a detailed budget and supporting documents, that without funding from the Rees Jeffreys Road Fund, they would be unable to take the course; and • Be able to supply a recommendation from the Head of Department or Course Supervisor or their proposed MSc, with reasons, based on personal discussion with the candidate. • Candidates seeking a bursary for a part-time course must also provide a statement from their employer (a senior manager or HR department) explaining why they support the application, confirming they are willing to accommodate the time commitment required from the candidate, and explaining fully why they are unable to fund their staff member themselves.
