Profile
After receiving 5-year undergraduate in School of Public Health, Huifeng completed the master’s training of Environmental Health from 2015 to 2018. She started the PhD study in October 2018 funded by CSC-UoL scholarship. Huifeng is working on nutritional epidemiology based on the UK Women’s Cohort Study and UK Biobank. Her research focuses on the relationships between dietary behaviours, dietary patterns, meat, cognitive function and Alzheimer’s disease.
