- Thesis title: Landscape-scale restoration of the UK uplands: Monitoring landscape- scale restoration for delivery of public goods
- Supervisors: Dr Cat Scott, Professor Dominick Spracklen
Profile
I first came to the University of Leeds to study biology as an undergraduate in 2018.
Through this, and a placement year I conducted with the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (2020-2021), my interests have become increasingly aligned with the issue of nature recovery.
Research interests
My research interests relate to landscape-scale restoration of the UK uplands. In particular, I will be assessing the success of previous schemes by monitoring the delivery of public goods, including carbon, water and biodiversity.
This will involve a variety of data collection methods (in-field and remote) to comprehensively evaluate scheme-success.
