Elizabeth Morgan has led marketing and product development in large consumer branded businesses (Carlsberg, Boots) across healthcare, beauty and grocery categories. She created and chaired the Boots Centre for Innovation and now runs a consultancy business, www.innoweaver.co.uk helping both retailers and brand owners build commercial success through innovation. After taking a Masters in Sustainability, she is undertaking a PhD, researching consumer goods businesses' innovations for consumer emissions reduction.
She is deputy chair of her local community shop, a thriving business launched in 2010 and run by 50 volunteers.
