- Thesis title: Sustaining large-scale earthquake ruptures in subducting slabs
- Supervisors: Dr Tim Craig, Sebastian Rost
Profile
I am a postgraduate researcher in the Institute of Geophysics and Tectonics at the University of Leeds. My research focus is on how we can better understand the rupture processes of large scale, intermediate depth, intraslab earthquakes.
I completed my undergraduate dergee at the University of Leeds from 2021 to 2025. My dissertation was titled: Modelling of gravity over the Andean margin to assess plate subduction angle. This work was awarded the British Geophysical Association Prize for the Best Independent Research Project in Geophysical Sciences (MGeoPhys).
