Profile

I am a research fellow in paleoclimate modelling, working with Dr. Lauren Gregoire on the SWAIS2C project. My role in the project involves performing and analyzing coupled climate-ice sheet simulations of the Last Interglacial (129,000–116,000 years ago) to investigate the processes that contributed to Antarctic ice sheet retreat during periods warmer than pre-industrial times (c. 1850). More broadly, I am interested in ocean-atmosphere-cryosphere interactions in polar regions. My previous work explored Arctic and sub-Arctic climate dynamics, with a particular focus on sea ice loss, changes in oceanic circulation and hydrography, and Greenland ice sheet evolution in Last Interglacial and future climate experiements.
