Profile

I am a PhD student working on how to valorize plant based food waste applying fermentation to produce food and feed ingredients. In my PhD project, I am going to determine how fermentation with lactic acid bacteria can stabilize the food and and add nutritional value to the food waste. I am also focused to test the ability of fermentation whether it can help to improve digestivility or not under simulated gastric and intestinal condition.
