Jaruneth Petchoo

Profile

I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Food Science for Health at Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, and master's degree in Food Science for Nutrition at the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University. During my postgraduate study, I was a laboratory teaching assistant, responsible for developing the scientific proficiency of my students. Holding degrees related to food and nutrition made me fully realise a significant relationship between food development and health effects. After graduation, I lectured in food and nutrition for the Department of Community Public Health, School of Public Health at Walailak University. I primarly taught public health nutrition and nutrition for health. I developed teaching techniques and an appreciation for the pressures facing the sector.
