Mr. Nisufyan Nimaming
I am a Ph.D. research student in school of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Leeds researching the characteristics and properties of Pickering emulsion stabilized by biodegradable colloidal particles for the controlled delivery of bioactive compounds.
I received a BSc in Agro-industry and a MSc in Food Science from Prince of Songkla University, and Kasetsart University, Thailand, respectively.
I used to work as a scientist In the Ministry of Science and Technology before being a lecturer and researcher at a university.
I am interested and conducting the fabrication, and characterization of colloidal particles synthesized from biopolymeric materials to stabilize Pickering emulsion for encapsulation, delivery, and application as active ingredients in functional products.
