Mr. Nisufyan Nimaming

Profile

I am a Ph.D. research student at Food Colloids, School of Food Science and Nutrition, University of Leeds researching the fabrication and characterization of hybrid particles (a combination of two biopolymeric materials) for Pickering emulsion stabilization for the controlled delivery of bioactive compounds. I received a BSc in Agro-industry and a MSc in Food Science from Prince of Songkla University, and Kasetsart University, Thailand, respectively. I used to work as a scientist in the Ministry of Science and Technology before being a lecturer and researcher at a university.

Research interests

I am interested and conducting the fabrication, and characterization of colloidal hybrid particles synthesized from plant-based ingredients to stabilize Pickering emulsion for encapsulation, delivery, and application as active ingredients in functional products.
