Profile
Chinwe Uzokwe is a Registered Dietitian (Nigeria) and works with the Department of Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike. She obtained her bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Nigeria and proceeded for her Master's degree in Public Health Nutrition at the University of Southampton UK. She started her PhD in 2021 funded by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and aims to improve the dietary assessment methods used in the management of type-2 diabetes in Nigeria.
