- Thesis title: Conversation between food nanoparticles and gastrointestinal cells: signalling, bioavailability, and healthy ageing.
- Supervisors: Prof. Lijing Ke, Professor Kieran Tuohy, Dr Christine Bosch
Profile
I hold a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Sheffield (2020-2023) and an MSc in Nanotechnology and Regnerative Medicine from University College London (2023-2024). During my master’s, I achieved a distinction for my work on a silicone 3D pritning project, focusing on its application in biomedical engineering. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Food Science and Nutrition, exploring the effect of food nanoparticles on intestinal cells and gut microbiome.
