Profile
I am a PhD student working with the Basin Structure Group (BSG) and Shallow-Marine Research Group (SMRG) within the Institute of Applied Geoscience (IAG). My research also forms a part of the Deep-Rift project based at University of Bergen, Norway, undertaking research to integrate outcrop and marine geophysical data from the Corinth rift (Greece) in collaboration with International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP) Expedition 381.
Research interests
My research interests focus on to explore interaction between the sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy by using Lidar/photogrammetric data and facies analysis, to investigate controls on shallow-marine sedimentary architectures in evolving rift settings, with specific emphasis on the Corinth Canal, Greece.
