Research interests
My Ph.D. research is funded by the Tertiary Education Trust (TETFund) and focuses on measuring air quality in Bradford schools using an array of sensors and replicating methods used in Nigeria. The study takes a citizen science approach, in which children can participate in the research while also raising awareness of local air quality problems and their associated health risks, and possibly attracting the attention of local or national authorities to assist in the development of policies to achieve cleaner air.
