Profile

Rachel Harcourt has joined the Champion team for the SPF-funded UK Climate Resilience Programme to work on research synthesis and to promote knowledge exchange.

She is also the resilience analyst for the Yorkshire and Humber Climate Commission which launched in March 2021 and is currently focusing on developing the Action Plan for the region. 

 

Research interests

Human dimensions of climate change impacts and adaptation; communications, media and the public discourse; social decision making and public engagement; behaviour change; applied use of narratives in analysis and communications; futures work; governance and policy; climate change in the arts and humanities.
