This project provides an audit of the distributional weighting calculations used by the Department for Transport (DfT), an expert review on the use of distributional weights in CBA, and a think-piece about the wide implications of implementing distributional weights in transport. The latter builds upon the UK HM Treasury guidance, its implementation in transport and the broader international literature.
