Profile
I am currently a postgraduate researcher working on optimising sensory difference testing for food quality management and product development. Prior to this, I spent 5 years lecturing courses in food processing & product development, food plant design and sensory evaluation of foods at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Nigeria.
I have a BSc in Food Science and Technology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Nigeria and an MSc in Food Quality and Innovation from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. In 2022, I started my PhD with the University of Leeds funded by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in the UK.
