Profile

Hi my name is Hao Zhu, I joined the School of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Leeds for PhD in Oct 2023. Now I’m working with Dr. Celia Ferreira, Dr. Amin Sadeghpour and Dr. Alan Javier Hernandez Alvarez.

Research interests

My project is about the Food Science, Health and Sustainability: Yeast single cell protein as a sustainable source of meat analogue food products.
