Profile

I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Food Science for Health (Second-Class Honors) at Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, and master's degree in Food Science for Nutrition at the Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University. During my postgraduate study, I was a laboratory teaching assistant, responsible for developing the scientific proficiency of my students. To ensure that students could grasp all of the class assignments, I introduced them to basic laboratory and safety skills, supporting them through their experiments and helping them deliver the final product, for example, a laboratory report.

Holding degrees related to food and nutrition made me fully realise a significant relationship between food development and health effects. After graduation, I lectured in food and nutrition for the Department of Community Public Health, School of Public Health at Walailak University. I primarly taught public health nutrition and nutrition for health. I developed teaching techniques and an appreciation for the pressures facing the sector.
