Profile
I have a degree in Agricultural Product Technology, University of Jambi (Indonesia). My MSc degree was from Bogor Agricultural University (Bogor, Indonesia) in 2011. I have worked in the food industry from 2011-2013. Since September 2013, was appointed as Lecturer and Researcher in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty Bioindustry, Universitas Trilogi (Jakarta, Indonesia).
In 2016, I was one of recipients of a research grant from the Indonesian Toray Science Foundation (ITSF) in the scheme of Science and Technology Research Grant (STRG). I also got research funding from the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia in 2017, 2018, 2019.
In October 2021, I started my Ph.D. sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesian collaborated with Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP)
Research interests
In previous research, I mostly worked with fish gelatine (Pangasius catfish) from the bone part including the extraction, purification, characterization as well as analysis as potential antidiabetic bioactive peptides. Currently, I am interested in research concerning bioactive peptide, biopolymer, colloids, and their development in food or functional food
