Vicky Richardson

Profile

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma and MSc In Nutrition Science and Practice with merit.
I studied at the Northern College of Acupuncture / South Bank University (2019-2022) where I won the dissertation Prize for my MSc dissertation.

I am a nutritional therapist, running a 1:1 clinic, specialising in gut health and women’s health in perimenopause. I run nutrition events and retreats, online courses, and give talks and presentations to corporates and community groups. I’m particularly interested in the way both physical and psychological factors contribute to digestive health, and how eating behaviour impacts peoples capacity to make healthy eating choices. For example, how instrinsic motivation and feelings of self-efficacy contribute to choices made and ability to make changes.

My first degree at Exeter University was in History and Politics. I also hold a PGCE and have 20 years teaching experience as an educator.
