Profile
In 2018, I began employment at the University of Leeds as a laboratory manager within the Healthcare Associated Infection Research Group, led by Professor Mark Wilcox.
I undertook a PhD studentship at the University of Leeds, beginning in 2021, focusing on the development of a high-throughput in vitro model to investigate the ecology and control of oral biofilms.
In 2025, I was appointed a Research and Innovation Fellow at the National Alternative Protein Innovation Centre (NAPIC), concentrating specifically on the implications of alternative proteins for gut health and the microbiota.
