Profile

I am a PhD student at the University of Leeds, working under the supervision of Dr Celia Ferreira and funded by the Maharashtra State Government’s Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Foreign Scholarship. My research focuses on converting vegetable side streams into nutritionally valuable yeast biomass, contributing to sustainable food and feed systems within a circular bioeconomy.
