I'm Yi Li, a PhD student work with Dr Amin Sadeghpour, Professor Brent S. Murray, Célia Ferreira and Professor Francisco M. Goycoolea in the Food Science and Nutrition at University of Leeds. I hold a Master's degree in Food Science from University of Leeds (2022).
Research interests
My research focuses on lipid self-assembly within the field of Colloid to understand the interaction between the polymer and lipid nanoparticles and explore the mechanical properties of their nanofibres.
