Profile
I hold a PhD from the University of Sheffield, where I worked with the Grantham Centre for Sustainable Futures, examining energy systems in early agriculture through a sustainability lens. My background is quite varied, and public engagement has been a core part of my work since my doctoral research days. I have been at the Institute for Transport Studies since 2023, where I work across various projects, including ELEVATE, TRANSAS, and CARS, taking on a range of responsibilities, from coordinating research and managing participant recruitment to engagement and communications. From September 2025 until July 2028, I will serve as a Trial Officer for INFUZE, leading the delivery of large-scale trials and supporting INFUZE’s engagement and impact goals. As ELEVATE’s Impact Officer, I led trial recruitment, facilitated stakeholder workshops, and developed digital and policy-facing outputs to share findings with broader audiences. I also help manage data and engagement materials across other projects. Outside of ITS, I serve as the Public Engagement Coordinator for the Creswell Volunteer Archaeology Project (CVAP), where I’ve led participant and public surveys and co-produced fieldwork, exhibitions, documentaries, and events with local community members, volunteers, and researchers.
