Professor Jillian Anable is interviewed about the impact of the Welsh government's decision to scrap all of its planned road-building projects.

We can’t have it all, we can’t have new roads and new public transport, we can’t afford to do that. <br><br>And it’s actually anti-car to NOT invest in public transport because we need to get people out of their cars as one way of alleviating congestion.
