Domingo Kauak Alaff discusses the rail industry in Chile and the UK. Two different countries that have different railways.
Rosie Ward will discuss her time as an ITS student, the transferable skills to her job as a Transport Planner, her previous working experience as a Graduate Transport Planner at WSP, her current role at Andrew Moseley Associates and the extracurricular roles she has undertaken that have helped to develop her career such as the FFT and CIHT committee.
There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation and everyone is encouraged to participate.
Biog: Rosie Ward graduated with MSc Transport Planning in 2016. As a Senior Transport Planner at Andrew Moseley Associates her role is predominantly in the private development field, helping clients (house builders, supermarkets, fast food restaurants etc.) with their planning applications to local highway authorities. Some of her early career highlights so far have included working on the LPTIP scheme with WSP and Leeds City Council, joining the CIHT and FFT committee, and being a Travel Plan Co-ordinator on a number of sites across the UK.
