- Programme leader: Ecological Economics MSc
Leeds is a unique place to study economics. It is the only university where you will find a world-renowned group of ecological economists working alongside a progressive economics department who are committed to pluralism.
The MSc Ecological Economics programme brings these two groups together to offer an economics education for the 21st century.
The course is led by Dr Dan O’Neill, an ecological economist whose work on achieving a prosperous economy without growth is known internationally. Dan is co-author (with Rob Dietz) of Enough Is Enough: Building a Sustainable Economy in a World of Finite Resources, a best-selling book that has been made into a short film.
